Update Loki Package Architecture Diagram

In November, the Loki package underwent major architecture changes, both upstream and in the Big Bang package starting with version 3.2.1-bb.0 but best to use latest for an example.

Update the High availabilty value examples and any other necessary information within the architecture diagram according to this new re-architecture of the chart.
