ArgoCD SSO groups not getting passed down in v1.51.0+

When upgrading to v1.51.0+, we noticed that the Keycloak groups being defined here are not being passed down to the ArgoCD chart and argocd-argocd-cm. It appears that the upstream ArgoCD chart deprecated the way we were previously passing in the groups.

When passing in the groups directly to the ArgoCD chart with the new templates, it appeared to work:
