Document 2.0 changes

As part of 2.0 we want to be able to release a few pieces of documentation that provide the changes included in 2.0. These would likely come in 3+ forms:

• Short format release announcement (mattermost, BBTOC email)
• Medium format release notes (Repo1 release notes)
• Long format blog post (BB docs site/blog site)

Each of these should capture:

• Breaking changes (with specific focus on what a customer needs to do in order to upgrade)
• New features (focus on what is now available to customers)
• Documentation links to learn more
