Using Package feature with Confluence Git Repo
I'm using the Big Bang feature with the Big Bang Community Confluence git repo. When confluence gets deployed, I keep getting errors on pod startup regarding permissions issues:
confluence INFO:root:Generating /opt/atlassian/confluence/conf/server.xml from template server.xml.j2 ││ confluence WARNING:root:Permission problem writing '/opt/atlassian/confluence/conf/server.xml'; skipping ││ confluence INFO:root:Generating /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/seraph-config.xml from template seraph-config.xml.j2 ││ confluence WARNING:root:Could not chown path /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/seraph-config.xml to root:root due to insufficient permissions. ││ confluence INFO:root:Generating /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/confluence-init.properties from template confluence-init.properties.j2 ││ confluence WARNING:root:Could not chown path /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/classes/confluence-init.properties to root:root due to insufficient permissions. ││ confluence INFO:root:Generating /var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/confluence.cfg.xml from template confluence.cfg.xml.j2 ││ confluence WARNING:root:Permission problem writing '/var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/confluence.cfg.xml'; skipping ││ confluence Traceback (most recent call last): ││ confluence File "/entrypoint.py", line 21, in ││ confluence name='Confluence', env_cleanup=True) ││ confluence File "/entrypoint_helpers.py", line 146, in exec_app ││ confluence write_pidfile() ││ confluence File "/entrypoint_helpers.py", line 128, in write_pidfile ││ confluence with open(pidfile, 'wt', encoding='utf-8') as fd: ││ confluence PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/docker-app.pid' ││ Stream closed EOF for confluence/confluence-0 (confluence)
Any ideas on what I can look at or troubleshoot, I've tried the confluence value options for "setPermissions: false" and have also tried changing the securityContext in a few different ways. All still resulted in the same error. I should also note, that this doesn't happen when I use the package feature with the Big Bang Community - Jira application which deploys fine with no issues.
