BUG: 1.0.7 to 1.1.1 OPA constraints went away

When I'm on 1.0.7 of bigbang and I run

k get validatingwebhookconfiguration k get k8sallowedrepos -A NAME AGE images-must-come-from-repo1 14d

I can see certaint OPA policies being present in the cluster and on the bigbang 1.1.1 I don't see those anymore, same with other OPA constraints. Was this supposed to be documented somewhere or did I just miss release notes for that?
