Investigate expanding integration test coverage to Wrapper and Renovate

    Currently, the wrapper and renovate packages do not undergo integration testing with Big Bang. It may be prudent to configure some form of integration testing, depending on community adoption.

    Poll Big Bang users and customers to determine level of usage and make a recommendation on whether these packages require integration test coverage. Create any needed follow-on issues to configure tests and update package DEVELOPMENT_MAINTENANCE files according to this issue
