Integrate Nexus Repo Manager into BigBang

Why

What is the use case for the feature you are requesting? What are you trying to solve?
Customer "I" needs an artifact repository that has gone through IronBank, Nexus is the only one that's gone through IB, so team "BG" has agreed to help Nexus become a BigBang Add On, and Grant is spearheading that.

IronBank is also interested in an artifact repository although I'm not sure if they're still deciding what to use or not.

Note: "I" will also be used Nexus-IQ and that will also be worked by "BG", since that will be considered a 3rd Party App I won't make a ticket to track it.

"BG" will use this repo as a GitOps source of truth to help get Nexus Integrated into BigBang, as a Helm Chart that gets deployed as a BB Add On Helm Chart.
