Go through Big Bang Repo and find all references to Promtail to ensure Deprecation is Audited/Check

    Since we are deprecating promtail, we should look all references (see search:https://repo1.dso.mil/search?search=promtail&nav_source=navbar&project_id=2872&group_id=3988&search_code=true&repository_ref=master) to promtail 1) remove and 2) ensure that there aren't any dependency gaps we haven't covered. Any dependency gaps should be updated in the form of an issue to track.
