Release "images.txt" does not include explicit Synker images

The image list produced by release CI is not comprehensive and does not include any of the "manually-provided" images from the synker file.

The release images file does not include any of the synker images.

There should be a mechanism to grab the images from the synker file and populate them in the images.txt file.

Think I have a good solve for this with some yq.
