docs: update prerequisites/kubernetes_preconfiguration for Konvoy metrics server

Konvoy clusters don't come pre-packaged with metrics-server API endpoints so we need to make sure we call out in this document that Konvoy clusters need a Metrics API Endpoint available within the cluster to allow HorizontalPodAutoscalers to correctly fetch pod/deployment metrics.

  • Add prereq item for Konvoy within BigBang documentation
