Passing of the global image pull policy down to additional monitoring containers:

  • Added pull policy for grafana sidecar
  • Added pull policy for prometheus/alertmanager via overrides of the default containers
  • Documenting the values for these overrides

For platform-one/big-bang&155 (no issue)
