Package changes include bump in version and a swapping out an image pull from docker.io to an Environment Variable. Set that Environment Variable to registry.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/security-tools/anchore-enterprise/centos:latest. This will stop P1 from being rate limited from docker.io for pulling images too much.
