I think I mentioned this to @jasonkrause already but this MR reminds me...with some of the people rolling off the team we're getting slim on BB codeowners for some packages. Probably need to evaluate packages and add new codeowners to some.

Yeah, I think we need a new strategy. I still believe that we should have all BB devs be codeowners by group inclusion.
