Values file helm-docs comments syntax fix

Summary

Altering syntax of blocks above package names to NOT follow helm-docs syntax. If they are they will be grouped in a giant array which is not what we intend, eg:

added kinddocs statusdoing labels

assigned to @ryan.j.garcia

added statusreview label and removed statusdoing label

requested review from @micah.nagel and @BrandenCobb
