If you currently download SBOMs from the Anchore Scan job, you can still get them from the Build job and from other sources, including IBFE and image attestations.

Remove k9s installation from the k3d dev script. k9s is not necessary and the install is hanging.
And the most important reason: Micah doesn't like it
