• Collated team-specific docs and moved them to internal team charter
• Updated Readme to add contribution links, a note on our release schedule, and a documentation map
• Organized docs folder into several sections and moved documentation around to the appropriate folders
  • reorganized previous "charter" folder into various folders within docs.
