I think what we decided on is that we will move from chart/ingress-certs.yaml to the tests/ci/k3d/values.yaml

We can do that as a separate task. We'll need to adjust how flux installs bigbang as part of the deploy script since the secret for ingress is created by a separate Kustomization currently. These will conflict with eachtoher
