I think we'll need to remove these lines - https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/blob/update-promtail-tag-6.7.2-bb.0/chart/templates/logging/promtail/values.yaml#L8-10

This is a map for pull policy but doesn't line up with the list for initContainer in the package - https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/sandbox/promtail/-/blob/main/chart/values.yaml#L33

Since we don't have any init containers we can just remove those lines entirely.
