@gato_harvey I'm thinking we can/should adjust the Big Bang values here to use the new values for enabling plugins. That will help us to ensure we're keeping plugin images up to date at the package level rather than needing to specify in Big Bang anymore.

That should just be updating this section to swap out the initContainer definitions for the new *.enabled values: https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/bigbang/-/blob/update-velero-tag-3.1.0-bb.2/chart/templates/velero/values.yaml#L56-115
