More general comment - given the size of this doc I think it would make more sense to create a new docs/FAQ.md for just this FAQ content, and then link to it from the readme. Thoughts?

I think this LGTM - might be good to get @ryan.thompson.44 to do one more run-through to confirm the info regarding P1 services/offerings just to make sure we aren't advertising anything incorrectly.
