Updates for Zarf v0.26.1 and Big Bang 2.0 support

Summary

This updates the Zarf Airgap instructions and scripts to both simplify and to support Big Bang 2.0. Zarf v0.26.1 was released yesterday and fixes a few issues that prevented it from working on BB 2.0.
