Summary

Removing annotations for setting Gateway LBs as internal NLBs as we have more troubleshooting/configuring to perform.

Setting prometheus vault-injection and endpoint scraping as disabled as prom is not able to hit non-internal ELBs (vault.bigbang.dev).
