Add SD Elements
Summary
SD Elements is a tool that Party Bus uses as part of the Certificate to Field Process. All mission apps need to onboard to it in order to obtain their CtF and be deployed to production. Any other BB customers who want to create their own PB will likely need this too or something similar to support accreditation.
