k3d-dev.sh - Use non market place ubuntu 22.04 ami as default

While using k3d-dev.sh I ran into an issue where I don't have access to marketplace images. This defaults to the canonical owned latest ubuntu 22.04 ami and will work for both commercial and govcloud partitions.
