Currently applications within Big Bang (and Big Bang itself) have an older version of OSCAL (1.0.0) and we are trying to update and standardize all to OSCAL 1.1.1 . This merge request and subsequent will ask to merge into main to update all OSCAL to the same version. Current merge request is to update kibana to OSCAL 1.1.1 and start the standardization process. See the OSCAL references link for this indicates no other changes required.
