adding exception for enforcer-pod

During the renovate upgrade for neuvector, some kyverno exceptions were added due to upstream changes enabling some new readOnly: false VolumeMounts. We added these exceptions to the test-values, but neglected to add enforcer-pod to the kyverno exceptions, so charts not using this are insufficient
