Taking a look at failed helm test for velero. Cannot get the issue to reproduce in the package repo pipeline. Working on replicating in a dev instance.

Discovered that this is due to automountServiceAccountToken in the velero service account being set to false. Setting automountServiceAccountToken to true in the velero-script-test pod will remediate.

Tested changes in this MR on a dev instance of bigbang and verified the fix works as intended. This MR should be closed in favor of updating velero to 5.1.6-bb.1.
