If you currently download SBOMs from the Anchore Scan job, you can still get them from the Build job and from other sources, including IBFE and image attestations.
Fix for packages providing empty seLinuxOptions: added some empty fields to allowedSeLinuxOptions
I think what was happening was the rego was erroring on looking for non-existent list of things and was just defaulting to a value that resulted in a violation when an empty selinuxoptions was provided.
