making a note for other reviewers. Sonarqube test is failing once upgrade. test error is AssertionError: Timed out retrying after 12000ms: Expected to find content: 'Security' but never did. but it appears this Security content does exist. We're stumped at the moment.

I removed this from draft, but like @chris.oconnell pointed out, it is currently failing a test for unknown reasons
