@cschaefer @colin.mcguigan.ctr Need you to fix the chart readme from the harbor package MR. Open a new MR, bump chart version again using the bb.x, update changelog and restore readme to match upstream.

• chart/README.md should be pulled from upstream not generated using our readme generator. README generator is used for the bigbang README.md in the root folder of the project
