Added Pydio (Cells) to Bigbang's charter
Summary
Background - PB customers have been have been using Mattermost as the intermediary place to upload and share files with team members but are seeking file management solution. Mattermost was never designed for this robust usecase, even an open source file management plugin falls short of convenience, security and compliance needs around this usecase and only basic file management features. Enterprise Collaboration did evaluation on both commercial and opensource products against an evaluation criteria (refer - https://confluence.il2.dso.mil/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=39750498) and Pydio filled more checkboxes than others.
Pydio - Pydio Cells is a privacy conscious file management and sharing solution for organizations interested in self hosted solution with robust rbac framework and capabilities such as automated document management and integration with other colloboration tools.
