note for @branden.cobb to add the elasticsearch: enabled: true to dogfood for release testing. Initial bulk index is manual, after which the mm-* indexes should appear in kibana for viewing.

Do we need to check to see if logging is deployed before setting these values? Or should we do what ClusterAuditor does and deploy logging if CA is enabled?
