@jimmyungerman Package changes seem to have broken kiali tests. Testing locally too, kiali tests run ok with 59.1.0-bb.0. Upgrade the cluster to 60.1.0-bb.0 and kiali test fails with messages like this:

  1) Check Kiali is accessible:
     CypressError: `cy.visit()` failed trying to load:
