Thanos: Add Kiali labels

Passes kiali labels to Thanos. NB: the Thanos chart requires no changes as it is a Bitnami chart, all of which already parse labels through tpl. Note also that although this change demonstrates supplying the minio dependency with kiali labels, it will not yet have them as that work is still in progress.
