I'm thinking we want to keep this file scoped to "Packages" -- products I can (1) find under https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages and (2) Enable / Disable in the Big Bang values.yaml file.

We could move the Community listing to their own file. And bbctl -- not quite sure what to do with that one.

As I look more, I'm not opposed to lumping them all together -- maybe it makes sense. Looking for other input here too.

Nice & fast work Greg. One thing, bonus points / extra credit if you can include a script that generates/updates the doc
