Looks like there was a failure for the Loki cypress test during the original bb deployment as part of the upgrade, but this wouldn't be related to the tag updates made as part of this. Unfortunately, when it did the upgrade that test succeeded and it overwrote the cypress video artifact with that one so not 100% sure what the original issue was with the test.
