Fix K3d-dev.sh - Apply secondary allocated IP to CoreDNS Configmap

Removed tab spacing and replaced with spaces on line 717 of the k3d-dev.sh script. The tab caused issues with bash indentation for the sed command, which prevented the secondary allocated IP from being applied to the CoreDNS ConfigMap.
