Resolve "realm should be realms in nexus chart"

Summary

• Moved the realm configuration from under the sso configuration as they are no longer linked.
• Corrected name from realm to realms to reflect what is in the package chart
• Removed the SamlRealm configuration as it will be auto set by the package when sso is enabled and a license_key is applied.
