Docs bb 870

What:

• Changes CI_COMMIT_BRANCH to CI_COMMIT_REF_SLUG so the pipeline doesn't run on MR's with branch names that start with docs
• Also consolidates some things for the .bigbang job into a single after_script

Why:

• so the pipeline doesn't run on MR's with branch names that start with docs

Related:

• Here is a link to a MR with a branch not named with docs to make sure it still runs the pipeline.
