Resolve "Update kyverno policies to allow minio wait jobs"

Summary

With an update with gluon, the way resources are named were changed, but minio has an exception to the update-automountserviceaccounttoken kyverno policy. The policy just needs to be renamed to minio-minio... as well as minio-minio-script-test needs to be added.
