Upgrade Notices

We enabled the cleanUpgrade option for redis to assist in a clean upgrade progress. Statefulsets for redis will be bounced. There may be a need to clean up old pvc/redis cache statefulset after upgrade, but this should not affect ArgoCD as the cache will automatically be rebuilt.
