add logging-loki-script-test kyverno exception

Summary

discovered issue looking at some loki changes.

this adds a Kyverno update-automountserviceaccounttokens/logging-loki-script-test exception.

gluon script tests are not currently running for loki. However, once loki gluon is updated and the test script runs, we will require this kyverno exception.
