Resolve "default registryCredentials.registry"

Summary

default registryCredentials.registry to registry1.dso.mil. We now default registryCredentials to null. Our prior behavior defaulted registryCredentials.registry to registry1.dso.mil, so we'll keep this same behavior in our helper.

This allows users to not have to define registryCredentials.registry . Several docs and tutorials assume this was set, so keeping the default behavior here allows existing scripts and documented command to continue to work.
