Summary

Small helper update to make flux behavior explicit. Without this change our template-all.sh script doesn't know how to handle packages that are outside of bb which depend on the flux behavior of valuesFrom

Either of these changes would solve the problem but both of them are more robust. Flux already adds the valuesFrom key automatically but our template-all.sh script doesn't understand that.
