@toladipupo are you available to do this patch for 1.12? Should be a straightforward one after we merge this (just the tag needed). Feel free to ping me in MM yes/no and we can find someone to handle the patch if you aren't free.

Note: Skip upgrade added because CI upgrades from master -> branch always. This is not indicative of a real upgrade here (we care about upgrade from release 1.12 -> branch). Opened https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/bigbang/-/issues/681 to handle this situation.
