update comments in values

Summary

Had Codex update some inconsistencies identified in comments in the chart/values.yaml.

main corrections include stale gateway path references, wrong package names in Flux comments, invalid imagePullPolicy option text, Authservice chain path, Loki strategy options, Neuvector SSO field descriptions, stale package links, and small typos.
