Summary

reverts the decision and changes to associate package metadata with documentation paths and generate docs from package metadata

Changes include:

  • Removed all documentation paths from package-metadata.yaml.
  • Removed documentation validation and generation from the package schema generator.
  • Package indexes and navigation are now manually maintained.
  • Updated hooks, contributor guidance, and tests accordingly.
  • Preserved unrelated metadata ordering and package documentation improvements.
  • Left the existing untracked blog/big-bang-4-0.md untouched.

Updated ADR 11 to:

  • Remove documentation from the metadata examples.
  • Remove documentation navigation/indexes from generated artifacts.
