Update Renovate page - remove fields and point upstream

Addressed this concern "However, this is an example where we've included too much detail such as the package configuration options table.. These options are subject to change with every single renovate release and these types of docs that reference configurations quickly go stalewe need to get better throughout our docs about removing this type of detail and just linking directly to upstream documentation. for example in this case, we really should remove that table altogether and provide a link to https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/

That way users are always redirected to the most accurate information instead of relying on our team to constantly update the docs as upstream software projects change just something to be on the lookout for all of those configuration options in the table are listed in detail on the renovate technical docs site"
