The umbrella no longer applies Istio client certificates to kubelet scrapes. Kubelet uses the upstream Kubernetes CA and service-account authentication; this avoids conflicting CA settings introduced by the updated chart.

Validation: 11 focused Monitoring unit tests, Helm lint, and the exact package render passed. Exact-head pipeline 5653277 and its downstream pipeline passed: clean install, upgrade, OCI, and ambient jobs all succeeded. The previously failing kubelet target test passed in clean, upgrade, and OCI validation.
