Upgrade Notices

• If utilizing the keycloak plugin, you will need to also update to the following keycloak plugin image registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/big-bang/p1-keycloak-plugin:3.7.32 to facilitate this keycloak version.
• If updating to the latest plugin and utilizing the p1 loginTheme there may be some additional modifications that need to take place. Review the MR here

One such modifications is modifying the following in the realm.json
